Andrew Sirianni is a respected figure in the construction industry, inheriting a deep-rooted passion for building from a family tradition spanning generations. Raised amidst blueprints and concrete, Andrew learned the art of construction from his father and grandfather, instilling in him values of craftsmanship and dedication.
With a formal education in civil engineering complementing his hands-on experience, Andrew has emerged as a skilled professional known for blending tradition with innovation. His commitment to quality and client satisfaction has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Andrew is dedicated to community service, supporting initiatives aimed at empowering aspiring builders. Today, he continues to uphold his family's legacy, leaving a mark of excellence in every project he undertakes.

Andrew Sirianni

Mark joined the Yale team in 2023, bringing with him 30 years of experience both across various industries, and from working in various parts of the globe. Mark brings with him extensive experience in the property space in particular, having spent the last 20 years in the sector.
Mark started his career in professional services, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG Melbourne before spending time in senior finance roles both here in Australia as well as in the UK and US. Prior to joining the Yale team, Mark spent 8 years as Chief Financial Officer at Gurner Group, where he led the groups finance function through a period of significant change and growth. Mark was also responsible for arranging and managing all of the groups financing arrangements during his time there.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University.

Mark Weller

Reagan Thackwray is General Counsel and Company Secretary of Yale Investment Group and leads the legal, company secretarial, compliance and governance practices across the group.
He is an accomplished commercial lawyer with an extensive background in corporate, commercial, funding, property, governance, risk and compliance. Reagan has over 20 years’ experience in-house and in private practice, including as General Counsel at Essendon Fields, Melbourne, and Senior Associate at first tier firms Minter Ellison, Melbourne and Linklaters, London.
He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Reagan Thackwray

Michael was educated as an engineer, earned a postgraduate qualification in property valuation, then brought his skills to property development and banking.
Over the last 20 years, Michael has worked for a number of large property developers as Development Manager, and in funds management as Head of Property. He is highly experienced in all aspects of property development and brings to Yale the all-round experience in the world of property development.
